It has been incredible to see where ‘Joy’ the short film I made back in 2022 has taken me. This time to the Ẅ XOOL & Decolonial Film Festival (DFF) in Paris, as part of the program on Spirituality. To be in conversation with artists such as, Glawdys Gambie & Klēlo, Kantarama Gahigiri, Eden Tinto Collins, Shirley Bruno was inspiring and humbling.
